Our founder, Veronica, spent over 20 years working in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Her background instilled a deep understanding of cleanliness, sanitation, and the importance of creating safe, healthy environments for people and families. That same level of care and precision is at the heart of every cleaning service we provide.

Our Field Manager brings many years of experience from the construction industry as a finish carpenter, giving BAM Cleaning Company a strong advantage in post-construction and move-in/move-out cleanups. With firsthand knowledge of construction sites, materials, and finishing details, we know exactly what it takes to turn a job site into a clean, polished, and ready-to-use space.
